Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your hand-crafted Lip Balm. We create in small batches to ensure that each formulation is made with special attention to detail. However, if you believe your item has arrived damaged, we will accept a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 14 days since your purchase date. Please contact customercare@abaciorganic.com for further instructions.

As a small business, it is our pleasure to have open communication with our customers and we hope you will keep us updated on your feedback.

With that said, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Lip Balm's that have crystallized due to exposure to high temperatures. For best care instructions, please see storage recommendation above.
